Stage 1

Mining

TM "Etalon" - artesian water from the depths of the earth, which is the main raw material for the production of all types of water. A unique deposit of pure drinking water TM "Etalon" with a depth of 323 m refers to the waters of the deep layers of the Jurassic geological horizon.

At such a depth, the water is protected by layers of moisture-resistant clay and granite, as well as by the Earth's magnetic layer, so the content of industrial and radiation pollution in the water is completely excluded.

Stage 2

Cleaning

Artesian water "Etalon" is already pure by nature and does not require treatment with chemical reagents. "Etalon" drinking water undergoes 6 stages of cleaning. The enterprise has a filter system of GENERAL ELECTRIC Water & Process Technologies Group (USA), with which water is purified from mechanical impurities, as well as modern equipment for ultraviolet bactericidal cleaning and ozonation from the companies GEBRUDER HEYL (Germany) and PACIFIC OZONE Technologies, which able to completely eliminate harmful microorganisms in water.

Ozone treatment

Allows to disinfect water and enrich it with oxygen.

Mechanical filtration

Allows water to be purified from colloidal inclusions and macroparticles.

Activated carbon

Allows to improve organoleptin qualities.

Ion exchange resin

Allows you to remove hard salts.

Ultraviolet rays

Allows to sterilize water.

Micron filtering

Filtration through filters with holes larger than 5 μn - allows you to remove the smallest microparticles and makes the water unusually transparent.

Stage 3

Spill

Before filling water, each bottle undergoes automated cleaning, which consists of 4 stages: washing and disinfection of bottles with special solutions from the inside and outside, then rinsing of butyl by the type of water that will be poured into them.

After filling the container with water, the bottles are closed with disposable stoppers automatically on the conveyor and a thermal cap with the "Etalon" logo is applied, which is a sign of the product's originality.
